How we protect your data
Your certificates, test results and CV are personal. This is how Talaskill keeps them away from everyone you did not choose, including our own team.
Our team does not look at your data
In normal work nobody at Talaskill sees your profile, CV, test answers, results or credentials. The admin pages show only totals and the messages people send us.
Exceptional access only, with a reason
Only for a real need, such as a payment problem, a technical error or a support request you sent, a team member may open a short summary of your account. They must write the reason, and access closes by itself after one hour. Your test answers, the text of your CV and your files are never part of it.
You are always told
Every time this happens you get an email, and it is listed in your Privacy page with the date and the reason. When you write to support you can allow it in advance.
Admin accounts are locked down
Admin accounts must use two-step verification, and every new sign-in to one sends an alert by email, so a stolen password alone is not enough.
You decide who sees your page
Keep your page private, share it by link, make it public, or open it only to the companies you choose, with or without your test results. You can see which companies opened it, export your data or delete your account at any time.
Sensitive details are stored encrypted
Your phone number and your messages to support are stored encrypted. Anyone opening the database directly, or holding a copy of it, sees unreadable text. The key to read them is kept separately from the database.
Honest about the limits
Passwords are stored in a form nobody can read, connections are encrypted, and sessions can be ended at once. No system is perfectly secure, so we promise only what we actually do, and we write it in our Privacy Policy.
