Creativity is the ability to generate ideas, solutions, or approaches that are both novel and useful in context — not art for its own sake, but the capacity to produce a workable option nobody else on the team proposed. Evidence for this skill leans heavily on projects and portfolio work, since creativity is easier to demonstrate than to test for directly.
