Choosing well under real constraints, such as incomplete information, competing options, and time pressure.

What Decision Making covers

Decision making is choosing a course of action under uncertainty, time pressure, or incomplete information, and being able to explain the reasoning behind the choice. Assessment scenarios present realistic tradeoffs with no single obviously-correct answer, scoring the quality of the reasoning process rather than only the final pick.
